Shaking hands, asking others to get up in bus This might sound weird, but may I kindly ask how you deal with shaking hands and asking people to get up in the bus/train/tube so you don't have to hold on... I consider myself as dealing quite well with Fibro, but I really hate shaking hands or holding...
