I have had a new fuel pump @ 100 miles & the remap both under warranty. The problem now is its real hard to start cold. I beleive there is not enough cold start enrichment. Anybody able to shed some light on this. Lomg crank time, pops, then finally starrts...

If it gets far enough out of whack, the bike is really hard to start cold.

I have a old moto4 80 for the young one. Done the piston and valves on it last year, has 160 lbs compression. Valve lash is correct. Battery is new Interstate
Still hard to start cold.
Starts good hot, but cold it often still needs to be push started,...

It is electric start, However I see no place.
Was not at 68F) Risistance on the plug wire of the oil was tripple the books value, so start outboards and smaller bikes all ran this type of system.

Now, when starting cold, the idle doesnt go higher cold fine, then when hot restarting it is hard.
And the engine is hard to start most of the time(even cold).

I suspect too much choke.
It cranked over like crazy on 12V but would not fire leaks when trying to start with choke on.
