For whatever reason, gas is covered in apt rentals in NY and NJ, you just pay electricity. Heating uses electricity.
Because I'm so damn smart, I found a loophole- use the oven to heat home!
Of course I only do this when I'm present and leave the oven...

I have to watch though as the microwaveYou're lucky you've lived this long .
Rounds combined probably output more heat than the oven alone.
