We run a community product. There is an individual (a little PoS kid) in the UK that is harassing our site for the last 6 months. His daily task is to create a new account, post a bunch of illegal / inflammatory content, get a rise out of people, ...

Do not delete the account and the posts - just make them visible only to this account and noone else .
Instead of blocking it, you can employ a different approach - I think I heard it on one of the SO podcasts, and/or maybe SO use it as well .

Need some advice to help disabled veteran who has being getting harrassed for 2yrs by numerous different DCA for a debt of someone they have never heard of or known all because these imcompetant DCA cant do there job and keep calling his home...

No they dont have to do it just call and harrass the person again and again oh its great getting paid this debt is nothing to do with the Disabled Veteran but he continually gets harrassed by these DCA by Government Acts to harrass....

Author got Harrassed Though it's been a while since i've seen it, I clearly remember that during the commentary audio track on one of the final movies that threats to the author lead to such a violent ending for the entire series. My wife remembers it...

Have you ever explained this to the lender(s)? Well all the debt forums and debt charities say whatever you do DO NOT TALK TO THE DCA's ON THE PHONE .

Those who bully and harrass others should be expelled and proper.
Doesn't drink? It didn't solve the fact I was bullied/harrassed, it just hid it when it became too much for schools to take serious actions.
