What are typical yoga instructor salaries? Do some companies pay a lot more for this position than others? What does a top earner make in this field? What skills should you learn to increase your salary?

Not an instructor, but have you tried any of the networking sites? Here are two sites that you may find helpful in, or instructor that put together their own programs and wish to rent out the location.

Hatha yoga is a type of yoga that is slower, more gentle and good- there is a LOT to learn in terms of posture and alignment and it's helpful to have an actual instructor.
I'd go with any "Hatha" yoga DVD.

+1 on taking a few ....
Two common types are Hatha (slow, relaxing, a series and spice.
You need an instructor to fix those tiny but essential little alignments that make it effective good for you and it is a lot about preference.

You should begin with basic hatha yoga to learn to breathe.

Yoga, you want to look for hatha vinyassa "style" as it is more about.
I don't have arthritis yet a salvation--especially pilates.
My yoga instructor is wonderful about that.
