Kundalini Yoga andother types of yoga in terms of weight loss. They all utilize similar hatha poses...

From my second hatha yoga class at Tula West, I'm finding a, umm, what I would call californization (new

Hi,
I'm Kristen and I am a RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher). I decided to do my training in '04
because I wanted to jump into yoga and learn more, fast.
I have found it's been amazing for my migraines
it's hatha yoga but I'm not even sure! We do some breathing, some poses and some of what seems like...

I've been thinking of taking up Yoga lately. I need some flexibility and calmness.

I can find workout routines coming out of the demon-hole, but I can seem to find a decent
in a routine, I would strongly recommend taking a few yoga classes (hatha yoga is everywhere...

That is growing on me is Eoin Finn's "Power Yoga for Happiness." He is a bit flaky, but the routines
. And Sara's one of my favorite yoga instructors. I love her Yoga Makeover "Weight Loss" practice

-30 minutes long
