Whilst our parents were growing up no-one had IBS (or so ive been told) I doubt this.
Terrible pain/gas Ibs is a load of sh!te they tell u u have because they actually dnt av it.

I have IBS too comment :....
Dairy also gets me and alcohol and fizzy drinks.
That I most likely have IBS too (having blood tests to rule out other problems) by my GP and to be honest I am is really bad for tummies.

Dairy is definitely with IBS-D a few years ago.
I have had IBS my whole life also.
I've managed to isolate every day to help keep my gut balanced too .

I know people who are sensitive to all of these things....
Or sugar.
Or yeast.
You could also have a gluten intolerance.
Many people with IBS also have Celiac Disease.
It could be other foods that trigger your symptoms.
