Whilst our parents were growing up no-one had IBS (or so ive been told)
I doubt this.
Terrible pain/gas Ibs is a load of sh!te they tell u u have because they actually dnt av it.

Hello all.
I'm just dropping by.
Plus, I have recently acquired a probable diagnosis of IBS [Irritable Bowel Syndrome] which isn't a surprise, at all. So I'm now working out adjusting my diet and understanding stress more.
Work and home are still sources...

I've managed to isolate every day to help keep my gut balanced too .

I know people who are sensitive to all of these things....
Or sugar.
Or yeast.
You could also have a gluten intolerance.
Many people with IBS also have Celiac Disease.
It could be other foods that trigger your symptoms.

Morning all... Firstly apologies if this is all too much info but I'm struggling and have no idea what to do. I've (pretty much) been diagnosed with very bad IBS and am struggling. So far I have anti-spasmodic, anti-nausea and painkilling medications....

Have you tried De-caff Green Tea? It really helps with all the cramping and bloating! When my IBS flares up I have to avoid alcohol a bit too miserable about....
