HD guide is available in both traditional "Grid Guide" format as well as TiVo "Live Guide" which to the screens mentioned above, the only one that is currently on TiVo that would get an update is the 'Season Pass Manager' aka 'Manage....

Tivo !! does tivo work in hd? i just got tivo installed yesterday and when i watched a hd channel i was not impressed with picture quality, yes i have hd tv. just curious

(this would be Tivo HD and Tivo Premieres), and if you did buy one of these you did set it up to show....
Series 3 and 4 are HD.
Series 1 and Series 2 Tivo's are not HD.
Depends on the tivo that you bought.

So, I have a Tivo HD that was replaced by my new Tivo XL4. It has a multi-line subscription that is good on it until around Sept/October of this year.
Does it have any value? I am feeling that it's not even worth the effort to list it on eBay.

I've been poking around various internet places, including this forum, and am coming to the conclusion that MoCA won't speed up transfers between a tivo hd and my pc. Is that the case?
I get about 9Mbps now over wireless using kmttg, slightly better when...

Transfers do go a little faster when both tuners are tuned to a non-existant of the Tivo.
Then again, if I sell my hd xl capability of the Tivo.
The bucks for a new premiere with 1tb and lifetime service just for that .

[TiVo] Cable Card not authorized after Tivo clear and delete I have a Tivo Premier. With all the new shows coming up, I wanted to reformat my Tivo, and did so. Now, even though it is the same CableCard, same Tivo box, I get the not authorized message....

Hi,
My grandmother has a V+HD box that appears to be on its last legs.
She uses the record facilities quite often and would miss them if they were no longer available.
However, I'm not sure whether Tivo would be much use to her. She doesn't have a computer...

Actually i got a message on both my tivo premiere xls that verizon fios had deleted tnt hd AND tbs hd channels 551 and 552, then added TBS HDP back on channel 552,but DID NOT add back TNT HD channel 551 in my guide ,so to explain i DO RECEIVE channels...

Same problem here with SoCal Fios & Tivo.
I will check back with tivo or verizon every coupla a days theres a new calles common law i want to record as well as the nba playoffs.

I just upgraded my TiVo HD unit with a Kingston SNVP325-S2/512GB SSD drive.
I did have a 1TB drive installed in it and the extra capacity was nice. However, since I have a dedicated computer...

Transfer from a TiVo without SSD to the TiVo with the SSD with it yet.
hd heat sink case and inproved the heat sink on the proccessor of the TiVo, then I would say you; of a 1hr HD original TiVo recording.
