I called customer service a third time and they said with no problems at....
These also did not fix the problem.
This time they sent me another diverter valve and the cartridge part of the faucet .
So, I called them again.
The problem.

Turn on the cutoff valve.
Close off all water openings in the house.
Make sure, if there is a leak, you'll see it faster .
Turn off shut off valve with water ON in house.
And
bare copper wire from hardware store.

Even when I get dirty I just don't get that dirty .
I can't imagine staying in a shower for an hour or more.
Riddled With Conflict Ten minutes tops, and that includes shaving in the shower.
