1 Beer gives me a headache. I really like the taste of beer, so I've never been the type of person to drink alot for the effect.

How do you know when to seek medical attention for persistent headaches?
I've had a headache for the last two weeks (at least).
At first I thought I must be dehydrated due to the dry winter air, so I made sure to drink extra water. The headaches did not...

Red in particular.
Not overly fond of wine. find it gross tasting. Doesnt seem to matter what brand, I have had a couple of spritzer types that are meh.

I have made to batches of WOW both were great tasting and can out at 12% ABV . In the morning both myself and my wife had bad headahces even though we did not drink that much . Any suggestions , I have followed the instructions I got from here both...

I like Cavit (Pinot Grigio) or Bella Sera (Pinot Grigio) white wine.
Lower priced wines.

What is the REAL protocal about beer and wine while in treatment (Herceptin). My nurse gives me a flat out "no beer, no wine" followed by "well, you don't look like the type that would drink a whole six pack..."
I didn't have a drink for almost 5 months...

Non-alcoholic wine is gross, unless you really like Gallo Red Mountain, I enjoyed a few beers or a glass or 2 of wine whenever...my onc.

Dry red and white wines generally have similar blood sugar lowering effects. If they are sweet wines, the additional carbs may cause BS levels to go up. Test often and be sure to eat something along with your drink to help blunt the blood sugar lowering...
