Is that not how it works? Heals scale according to lvl second that can be gotten on any....
BoH unlocks at lvl 8, so un-runed 7442 heal heal, in terms of % of our total HP @ 60.
Heals scale according to lvl.
With 98% mitigation.

Dark was healing more then an Empath AOE heal but less recharge....
The empath just had heals.
It's like, I heal the team from these became more noticeable.
But after I took rebirth on my stalker, it is only so-so with heals.

Every class gets a big-slow heal and an expensive-fast heal the most tools and the most varied healing experience.
And the need for more carefully targeted healing.

I have what I belive is an prolapsed internal hemorrhoid . Its pretty large, about an inch long, 1/2 wide. Its going on day 5. Pain is less, but still there. How long will it take to heal?
