There are many problems in regularly wearing high heels. Some girls aged 13 and 14 years old also like to wear high heel which is really dangerous. These young aged girls think high heels are really good and cool.

1. If you are wearing high heels regularly then pump-bump( bony enlargement -- on back heel ) , neuroma , hammertoes etc.
in the end women's are not going to stop wearing high heel but women have to take important steps to take care of toes.
