You can get it at the health food store, and I've even found acidophilus milk vinegar (aka ume-shu) and warm water.....

Im doing 1200 calories and im doing fine your doing something wrong...BUT, besides... .
I'd suggest that you reset your goals - choose "lose 1 pounds a week" or "lose 1/2 pound a week, on days I'm too tired one of those helps get me moving.

The chemical digestion carbs takes a lot of water - you'll gret dehydrated if you have not taken in enough water before (or during?) eating. Dyhydration can make you feel drained and tired and sleepy. Also review you diet for balance - a big carby meal...

What time are they....
My guess is that it's either grief related or that they're over tired.
(and get a spare if it "takes") other ideas anything to help them stay asleep.
They sleep with all the time? If not, perhaps introduce one.

This is usually followed by a good 10-12 hour catch up sleep then back to the night owl routine.
I can go days with only a few hours sleep a night if I'm intensely into a project.

Sleeping less than you need is certainly not good for your health.
Uh, no, what it is is a very very bad idea for your health, emotional well being, and ability get extra sleep.
