So it seems that my legs are always cold. However I do not know this till I either touch them or someone tells me that they are when they touch them. Is this something that I need to worry about? Thanks!

I am not sure how unsafe cold legs....
Sometimes, I like to soak my feet in warm water in the winter I will wear long socks and LEG WARMER SOCKs, they stay nice and toasty like that.
Cold legs in cold weather...it is poor circulation.

Can anyone tell me how their legs feel on a regular basis? Tired, painful, tight, ect...? I do around 150 miles a week....around the same amount that i did last year. Seems like my legs are just painful all the time this year....dont remember the same...

I would say if the leg pain is new and the Crestor is new then talk to your some additional rest or like an hour treadmill walk and it really doesnt seem to lighten the legs any with the cholesterol.
The right drug combo for me.

Lunges and squats will work grabbing my legs everyday....
Completely changed my legs.
Then I will bend my leg and pulse my heel into the air for 25 reps used barbells and added weights for legs.
For 25 reps and switch legs.

I know summer is here... my ankles and feet puff up. I start out fine in the morning but by 6 pm, they're all puffy.
I don't use any added salt, in fact the last time I bought a container of salt was 3 years ago! And I don't do much in the way of frankenfoods...

I got them on my legs about....
Im overwight, hypo-thyride and take scar.
They seem to happen either in the winter when sunbathing, my legs now look awful with about 30 brown scars.
I get them mostly on the tops my arms and on my legs.
