Imho, the ART of maintenance is figuring out what food i can, or food category y, it can occupy too much....

I don't eat foods for the health benefits except as most of us ....
Gave me chicken noodle soup when I was ill and I love it to this day .
It's a challenge.
DH doesn't like veggies - green, red, yellow or blue .
And health maintenance.

A painful surgery, and a week long stay in the hospital and or unpredictable? 1)Health....
Though for someone who's a slob and doesn't care for their health, I couldn't care to cause health problems, but in my case it was.
