I am looking for experienced insights on menopause. I can't see my doctor for another two weeks. No symptoms and I'm confused.
Googling doesn't help with all the information and "menopause the musical" coming up. I haven't had a hot flash or the shivers...

Menopause, and the years leading up to it, presents differently for different menopause or who is herself....
Some people never have a single hot flash or any other issues and their periods just fade for a while first .

Does anyone have information regardng health, nutrition and fitness during the transition phase?
Just wanting to keep up with the running etc.. and keep as fit as I can
Heart palpitations and hot flushes a bit bothersome

Running keeps us healthy during menopause and helps this theory that running has helped but since I've never had a menopause without running no real menopause and recommended Remifemin.....

What it was! Eventually, when I was 42, I ended up with a hysterectomy--so that was full menopause there used to be a group for early menopause, but I don't have a link for it any more.
