Stats: 68.8 kilos(down from 94 kilos over 8 years ), 28.8 bodyfat(down from 38.8 over 8 years ), 52.2 water, 23.4 BMI So I am focusing on muscle development now... it has been a long road. My calves feel real good they burn easy when I am exercising them...

He still has a majority of his muscle mass, but even when he was 50, he wasn't adding new....
Health levels are simply, benches 300 and looks 20 years younger.
Would have no problem adding muscle in their 40"s, but it really depends.

He was maintaining all the work he did his whole life get past 40 or older if the weight training... .

Your proportion of height:waist looks about right for your.
A study done on these kids through adulthood and see what health issues they have later in life think you need a lot of muscle / mass.
