Hello,
the shaved body parts were because of all the skin tests they did to the her. Just like they do in humans.
We already changed her diet many times, it is not food related either. She eats 3 small meals a day just like us. We do not leave food out...

I am not sure if the bumps have anything to do with the ringworm because getting some itchy bumps on your hands and arms after your ratties have been on you is pretty common .
