We don't know why we sleep but there are plenty of processes that kick in related to growth on whether it was a more effective....
Eventually has to actually sleep, go through REM cycles, and do whatever it is the brain does of sleep.

No judging, just curious. I've worked as a Public Health Educator, so I know that the "right" answer is no co-sleeping or bed sharing, but I did it anyway, and I would do it again, of course, following rules for safe bed sharing. Idea brought on by this...
