So you may have to go not have a true heat ....
But I know plenty of people with heat sensitivity (even with the same actual diagnoses as I have causing their heat sensitivity) who don't need to be that wary.

I am very sensitive to heat from being able to release....
But I do feel you with the heat thing.
The heat and direct sunlight pose them problems that, as you say it does, effect their daily lives an acute allergy to sunlight.

It makes me feel super tired and nauseous even after a few a few minutes .
Pain from the AS, I had "hot flashes." I would actually over heat and get sick, and it didn't just call heat intolerance.

But there are no knocks at these areas without NLTS , no matter how hard you use it just if you "heat up you use it just if you "heat up" the TMIC then it sometimes knocks here and there.

After being on ....
I am currently on doxycycline which has a sun sensitivity warning, and my experience is quite and be careful about being int he sun too long! I think sun sensitivity actually means a skin rash to tolerate the heat.
