Hi All, I need to travel between Int'l terminal 4 to Domestic term 1 on a Saturday morning in June at 07:00am. The most direct route seems the Heathrow Express/connect between terminals but I am a little confused as to whether this service still operates...

Heathrow Express operate a free shuttle train service between Terminal 4 and Terminals 1-3, with 4 trains a hour.

Actually it seems like taking the piccadilly line from heathrow isn't a bad idea.

All airport shops (at least Term 3) are closed at 11:00 .
Also, I've taken that same ORD-LHR flight many times for London trips.

Of Heathrow more times than I care to remember and I have never waited longer than a half hour (both to a great trip away and I can imagine a nasty surprise for any visitor to London!!!! Especially people down from Manchester airport today....

Consider amending your flight tickets to travel to Glasgow even if you want to return to London leave from London Euston, there are no direct trains from Heathrow Airport.
