Yes, just not the Gas safe logo, if your business employs the rgi then your business can be registered with gas safe aslong as your not advertising as gas safe registered and using there logo you will be fine .

French systems do not normally have a storage tank in the loft. The hot water cylinder is under mains pressure with a diaphragm which may absorb the expansion as the water heats and a pressure relief valve which needs to drain via an air gap and U bend...
