I think it's stupid that some motorcycle drivers don't wear a helmet, in Michigan or any other state to wear a helmet when driving a motorcycle.

MI just changed the motorcycle helmet law and no longer require you to wear one. Personally I think its retarded not to wear one, but Why do motorcyclist get the choice? I have to wear my seat belt, there is a law for that! All I am saying...
