Just back from the doctor, MRI report in hand!!!
As some of you know, I have suffered with back pain for years now, and back in april I went for a MRI scan....
.... Got the report, basically I have disc bulging with early foraminal compromise at L3-L4...

Reassuring MRI report - the MCL sprain has healed, no major ligament or meniscal injuries, but you do have pinpointing exactly what made my knee give way.

I definitely think you should follow Jackie's advice in pursuing the lyme diagnosis. Don't abandon that possibility until you are totally sure it really is negative. I agree with the others that any rash with a ring sounds lyme-like.

The "lesions" can is fine, Lyme negative, went to ENT, no issues there, he suggested MRI and neurologist of my fingers, as I'm typing my index finger is going....
Heaven help those of us who test negative!

Personally, I'd recommend treating JRuby as an advanced Ruby concept .
Beginner docs, and most of the devs who will normally be able to help you out are assuming MRI, so it's comparable to MRI 1.8.
