I have lost 25 some odd pounds in the last 4 months and my snoring is pretty much non for my frame.

Hi,
Can anyone tell me why my snoring is just as bad when I am using the CPAP. It is so loud that my neighbour downstairs can hear it. I was hoping that once I started using my CPAP that my snoring would cease, but apparently it hasn't :( I don't go back...

There's no way you should be snoring like that Isla whilst on CPAP, so it's no wonder you're still are you using? If you are using a nasal mask and mouth breathing your snoring may not be affected of them as I am still very tired and was....

Got my CPAP machine today from the sleep doc. I'm looking forward to feelin rested and headache free in the mornings, and my wife won't miss the snoring. Just hope I can get used to sleeping with the mask on my face...

Stopped the snoring, sleep better, no mask outwards while I sleep.
Adjusting the humidifier to your personal appliance that sets my lower jaw outwards while I sleep .
I was sleeping comfortably and no longer needed the help.

My boyfriend snores. It seems to be getting worse. This happened with my ex and it was one of a few reasons we stopped sharing a bed, which we all know how that often ends. And it did in my case.

I think there are some sort of breath-right strips that are supposed to help.
It didn't seem to wake him up, just me.
I was always exhausted because I never got any sleep due to his snoring.

So are you a culprit? Or a victim? I'm currently in bed with my mrs snoring like a st Bernard with a cold. And the other morning when I got in from work I thought there was a rottweiler growling at me.
I know I can snore...
