I have just got some sodium methylate (30%) to try I wonder if anyone can help with mixing quantities?

It's easy peasy,
((((titration + base x ltrs)/30) x100)/0.8) = ml of Sodium Methylate
eg*54)/30*100)/0.95
Given MW of NaoH = 40, NW of MeONa = 54, density of 30% sodium methylate = 0.95 http condenser and a SHHE Jim

I have really busted my sodium the past two days. I just started tracking it yesterday. I made lasagna tonight and didn't even add salt but mfp had it at over 1800. What kinds of food have high sodium that I need to watch out for?

If you do....
It will help flush the sodium and keep the right.
If you eat a food that is high with high sodium, make sure you drink extra water.
You don't have to give up your favorite foods.
To limit sodium intake.

I have a lot of the sodium percarbonate sitting there and it is just taking up space and I would like to use it for cleaning something.
I don't do a lot of wood restoration but there should be other uses for Sodium Percarbonate besides wood cleaning.

Can you caulk them closed? Absolutely NOT use sodium silicate in any model boiler.
I wouldn't do that...not with sodium silicate...

There are low are making a lot of assumptions.
If sodium IS an issue, i would ease off on high sodium foods for a while.

My Dr. wants to me to keep my sodium under 1500.
I have all my meals planned for tomorrow but in the end I am short on calories by 500, and short on fat, protein, and carbs. I am over my sodium by 5.

AM lean meat is meant to have high calorie and low sodium i think, and fish and nuts :) I have, not a supplement (spinach, lettuce, fruits, veggies, proteins, nuts all all high in potassium, low in sodium).
