Just wondering if anyone knows what radio system Sask. highways has switched to now that Fleetnet is gone? It would be nice to listen to the snowplows when it snows for highway updates.

It is likely that they did not colour the turning circle in because it is simply not adjacent to your property.
Along the same lines they have also not coloured in the road to the left of your property.
However a quick phone call to them might answer ...

I think you are wrong as an adopted highway is by definition in the possession and ownership of the Highway Authority.
You might own the land in front of your house, but it can still be adopted highway.
Entirely.

By saying we cant stop it so we are wasting... .
Just need to find the silver bullet and by slowing down the spread then we can try to contain it a bit .
Nope we cant prevent it 100% but we can slow it down while we figure out how to fix or deal with the problem .
