I'm using Simile to draw dynamic timelines. I am also using an in-house library to add a comment blog. Our in-house library uses the body element's onload event to initialize.

What will happen if said account has been found to have been hijacked, but was subsequently banned?
Will Steam still give the original account holder (the guy that got hijacked) his games, only in another new Steam account?

(it's not uncommon for people to get hijacked more than once either ...) If Steam Support is 100% sure your account was hijacked and you have hijacked and the hijacker....
However harsh it may seem to the person who was hijacked.

Second, check your file upload limits and POST_MAX_SIZE in php.ini
It might just be that someone tries to upload a file that's too large :-)
Can you try different names for the temp file to avoid its being overwritten... .

...on a serious note the account was likely hacked/hijacked and then used to hack ingame/online or traded to Steam support and hijacked accounts.
