I work for a charity as a driver collecting furniture for selling in our shop. It's a paid position contracted at 22.5 hours a week - which equates to 3 days a week. I'm part of a four man crew where we work in pairs - one pair works 3 days then the other...

How many hours holiday am I entitled to? I work 30 hours per week over 5 days. I dOnt get paid for being off on bank holidays or Christmas etc. so how many days or weeks am I entitled to? Thanks in advance

It will state your holiday allowanceYou are entitled to 28 days holiday per year and your holiday pay should be based on your average in your contract.
In other words 6 hours pay for every days holiday.
Days pay.

I have over the past month been working full time at 39 hours a week ( i have been working part time since last june), i was wondering am i entitled to full holiday pay as i am going on holiday for 2 weeks in june?

Is working 56-68 hours/week during the summer worth it?
I already have my regular job (generally 36-48 hours/week during the summer), and I'm debating on whether or not to accept a paid internship for 20 hours/week.
Part of me is salivating at the idea...

Average Weekly hours
Do we work these out using the hours we were actually working (had mindees with us) or what we are contracted to work, whether the mindee attends or not?
Sometimes mindees may be off sick or don't turn up for whatever reason or get...

Pattern then maybe you need to work out an average, but i am contracted from 8.30-6pm 4 days a week is sick, on hoiday or when i'm on holiday.
