employer says she didn't work 15 of 30 calendar days preceeding
the holiday to be entitled to holiday
with it. If it doesn't list any exceptions for
stat holiday pay, then there aren't any, but it might list...

There is a clause saying I will not receive additional pay for overtime.

But from reading the internet, i guess you are have more chance of getting an IVA the more you pay back
in the pound... Can any one give me real life experiance on this? Such as how many pennies they are paying
ranging from 6p in the to 100p in the including statutory interest in the past.
