My Dad would have said "Don't you DARE question the evidence" but I don't even see people like you as questioning the evidence -- you are playing a very cynical game of picking and choosing your facts. Irony is the same nation that suffered something of the magnitude of holocaust is doing the same with the Palestinians. No, if someone was demonstrated to be of Jewish ancestry, they were treated the same as other jews. The big difference was that such jews were sometimes able to hide their background and "blend in" with the regular German population. This required fake papers, so not many such jews had this route open to them. What is interesting is that when Germany marched into Poland, they had a policy of taking children with blond hair and blue eyes, and sending them back to Germany to be adopted. This, even though in most cases there was no way to tell if these children came from "Aryan", Slavic, or jewish ancestors. source

I did know that the gay and lesbian population were also a target. I think many of the victims have been overshawdowed by the jewish extermination. I think the reason that the Jewish population was focused on is because they had the largest amount of advocates. source
