Hi All,
I have made an insurance claim on my buy to let policy (water damage and loss of rent), and the time has come to renew my own home insurance policy.
Can someone please tell me if I need to decalre the claim on my buy to let, as all the insurance...

After explaining that this was....
Team and confirmed that as the claim was on a buy to let insurance and not on a residential home the claim and I would lose the no claims on my own home insurance because of this claim.

Today - Natwest home insurance beat me. I canceled my claim and will replace the items myself.
I have been a loyal customer for four years due to getting a good deal with them due to my banking items with them.
Last month I was burgled I lost 2 laptops...

Just wondered if anybody had same problems with returned direct debit charges from AA? In short, AA charge £12 for a returned direct debit. As my policy is split in 3 (contents, inside & outside) and therefore 3 payments via direct debit made each month...

Thanks The AA are brokers and so they may well be placing the insurance with different insurers but I am.
Month on same day.They saidi it couldn't be in one as there were 3 parts to the insurance cover.
