In the 150mm setting I have flat bar on a Remedy? It's not a flat....
I find the Talas adjustment to be pretty worthless on my remedy.
Your Remedy 9 will have the DRCV fork which doesn't have the TALAS adjustment ( AFAIK ).

Toothpaste doesn't work, neither does ProActiv, lemon burns the skin, acne washes irritate .
Eating vegan, drinking water with apple cider vinegar, plain liquid face wash, rubbing the skin with potato slices, and sulphur masks .

Home remedy for lips - does it work ? I have come across various home remedies to make lips pink , or restoring it back into natural coulour or to make upper and lower lips even coloured . Have anyone of you tried and has it worked out ?

Is there a home remedy that relieves headaches? Like, if I eat oranges or bananas or something, will it help make my headache go away? I don't like taking pills. My headache's not that bad, so feel free to give me a placebo (just don't tell me).

What I always do is I drink a lot of water, and massage firmly and pretty hard with one finger between my eyebrows, there is a point where nerves meet and that helps very well to... .
Citrus fruits are the worst for a headache because of the acid in them. .

50grms fenugreek (Methi seeds)
20grms Ajmo
10grams Kali Jeeri (not jeeru)
Can make this mixture double or three times or four times or five times etc.
For example
50 times 5 grams methi = 250grams
20 times 5 ajmo = 100 grams
10 times 5 kali jeeri = 50...
