Been tinkering with these horns made from PVC pieces for a while now. Bought the plans off ebay for $16 bucks from dozerboymiller but reworked the design to use smaller, cheaper parts and are also much easier to make. I had a peterbuilt airhorn to compare...

Saw a write up on another forum so I decided to post up over here how I made mine. Don't have any videos yet, but this thing produces quite a bit of ripple and bobbing movement in the spread. Great for dead flat days and cheap to make.

Built a Stainless steel manifold. Flange was .5" H2O jet cut flange. Then the T'ees and elbows were Sched 10 long radius 1.5" pieces. Ran an argon purge and an open root weld. 309L SS rod.
Pre heating... and welded the flange to the bench for the entire...
