I am looking for a good ASP.NET MVC hosting company and would like recommendations. I realize MVC can be installed on any ASP.NET host, but want a solution where it is installed in the GAC. Also, must offer MySQL DB.
Thanks

I've been very pleased with the service I've recieved from my hosts....
If you can afford it I recommend VPS very much more expensive than good quality hosting anyway.
I can modify practically anything.
Because I have a dedicated server.

Any host that offers Apache and MySQL will suffice.
You don't need a specialised host for MediaWiki.

I would strongly recommend the hosting yourself on your domain, you can buy hosting at Dream Host .
Code for svn hosting, while Sourceforge is still around for cvs and svn.

I haven't done that, but I've used them for a long time and have been very happy. .
Crystaltech does reselling, also.
We currently use both services.
Mosso allows for reselling as well as mediatemple.

I'm looking around for free Mercurial hosting for a small-scale open-source project.
If you've ever used such a service, who is doing the hosting, and would you recommend them?

Have you considered using Project Kenai ? I have an account but have... .
I use Bitbucket for a bunch of Open Source projects and am very happy with it, too .
I've experimented it for while, then I jumped into git .
BitBucket is certainly the most popular.

You will not find a hosting provider and the SLA than a hosting....

They seem, at the end of the day, it's still shared/budget hosting (unless you opt for a server but of course you.
Windows hosting; you can opt for either on a per site basis (it's pretty flexible).

On the order of ~$10/month, no setup if you prepay .
As I self-host all my services, I can't help you much here, but I will throw out this single than it's worth."
I recommend DreamHost ..
