Trip Advisors Travelers Choice list the top 25 hotels in Mexico. An interesting list to me. The top 25 include six from this part of Mexico and one on Cozumel. This hotel is the El Presidente and, in my opinion , it deserves to be listed as Cozumels best...

I think the El Pres is the best hotel on the island as far as service never had a complaint from clients at that hotel....
The General Manager responds to each review.
I would add, I notice a nice touch in looking at El Presidente reviews .
