Didnt know where to put this so here it goes.
In order to get downloads from this site I have to register. Well, this site is asking for a Hotsync number, I dont have Hotsync. So what do I do?

The OP is not using a Palm....
Being referred to as a HotSync number, it must the number under the bar code on the back of your Treo.

I was using EAS in Versamail until a recent server change at my office. Now, I am no longer using Activesync for Calendar and Contacts, but I cannot get Hotsync to "take control" of those again. It's as if Hotsync thinks EAS is still active.

I want to set up my Palm Tx to hotsync with wifi. Up till now I have always used cable connection. I can get the device to see my wifi but my Palm desktop Hotsync Manager does not seem to see wifi as a connection. How can I set this up? thanks.

V Don't know if this will help, but if you open HotSync manager on your desktop and under "HotSync controls" is the "enabled" button checked? Also is "enable HotSync software....

I've seen this question answered i nthe negative elsewhere, but not recently, and not since Versamial v4.x was released. Is there anyway to use Hotsync on PC#2 in order to keep my calendar and contacts in sync with the machine and phone using Active Sync...

Sort of makes sense, but since I've been keeping my Calendar and Contacts in... .
I read that this is deliberate since EAS replaces the Hotsync.
A Hotsync on my home computer (NOT on Exchange) I can't sync my Calendar and Contacts any longer.

Great fix, I just upgraded to window 7 and outlook 2010 and run into the same issue with hotsync want to edit outlook and run into issues down the road, especially since the problem is hotsync.

What you are talking about here is whether the version of the OS is compiled for 32 bit or 64 bit handling of data and memory .
Ken, when you say "x86" I think you mean "x32" .

Why does my Palm Z22 stop sync with my desktop. It freezes and the log says 2 from 12 and stays there. It was working before around November 2011.

The error is " An invalid agrgument has been encountered" I can get into the phone contacts list (Treo 700p) and open the contacts, there doesn't appear to be any errors in the format of the contacts. What else could be causing this? I had Verizon transfer...

For reference purposes, click on the following link for the support page , it wouldn't even hotsync .
You clean-up the database on the handheld, set the conduits in hotsync to handheld overwrites desktop and perform a hotsync.
