So we usually only try to work 80 hours for every 2-week pay period.
The semester I work 7 days a week--I don't keep track of hours, but I'm sure it's at least 50 hours it.

You could phase it in, reduce the working week by 1 hour per year, people by 1 hour per year, people would effectively get 0% pay rises for that year as their pay rise would to be imported....

Pretty much as the title states. I'm personally at between 55-65 hrs a week, anywhere from 630am-730pm or a light day from 7-5. 3 out of 4 saturdays and one sunday a month. I'm beat, exhausted, and tired of it. Got a 2.5 yr old and a .5 year old at home...

Salaried w/OT and typically work 7 to 5:30 with an hour lunch.
I take a minimum of 1 hour lunch to work that much, don't.
I will avg about 44hr week but you can subtract 5 hours for lunch.

Just thought I would share a very simple tip on how to work out your annual salary if you are paid at an hourly rate and are working full time. This is very useful for agency staff,many of whom are hourly paid So here goes.
