Should I really be expected to work more than 40 hours a week just because I am 'salaried developer'? My boss says that I shouldn't be counting hours, but I am only getting paid for a full time job 40 hours per week. I don't get it. I could be using the rest of the hours in my day to run a small side business and get more income. However I have noticed...
