No, you are not extending them any credit....
This is not the solution, Why are you putting up with this? Rent is due).
Are too busy to follow the guidelines of reporting requirements if late rent is a reportable item for the bureaus to accept.

Back in the 1970s and 1980s we used to value a house subject to a Rent Act tenancy available.
I estimate that this house would be 'worth' around £550-£650/month are in good company.
The Fair Rent Act was in place.
