So basically the people living in wealthy Marin County, CA prevented Lucas from building his film studio in the area. After 20 years of fighting he has decided to just use his land to build low income housing in the area. Heh heh heh

People survive on 40k a year especially with kids? There is too heavy an imbalance between low income earners & high income earners and it ain't getting better The GFC in '08 definitely helped worsen turn on each other.
