Hopefully the TP-Link reps have some ideas router having throttled speed with E367 reported here:

Issue with the 3420 than an actual slowdown of upload speed.

Hi i live in Sligo, Co.Sligo, i having some bad speed issues after 16:30 till midnight
as seen in screenshots, but from turning on pc till 16:30 it still varies between 600Kb/s up to 6MB/s, but after 16:30 it never goes higher then 800Kb/s.
