So Im still baffled as to why Jeep got rid of the manual hubs used in the CJ's and didnt put them on wranglers. Especially with fuel economy being a large selling point now a day. Im guessing its cheaper because there's less moving parts or the majority...

I'm if the cable clip on JKs break....
Gone are the good old days of a spindle, hub and bearing assembly that is easily servicable.
My superduty has manual hubs but the rest of the hub assembly is still on a pressed unit bearing.

Rant: Kijiji no show people are just annoying! If they don't plan on showing up why called to make an appointment? If they decided not to show, sending a short email or making a quick phone call wouldn't kill them. I usually ask those people to come around...

I dropped by the dealer, picked up pads, assumed once i "popped off" the rotors that "simply sit on the hub" i would either replace or machine them. not so fast! doing brakes on these trucks is super easy if the s*** wasnt all rusted together!!

For 9t, the driver bearings are going to be kinda small on any hub, so hub catchring is....
The raptor is a solid hub that I have taken to hell and back it, but it's not too bad at all.
