Truck has 135k on it. After I bought it I replaced the clutch, slave and throughout bearing...

Using a real rough estimate, it looks like a 330rpm increase per half a gear ratio increase at highway speed.
2.65 = 2000
3.06 = 2330
3.50 = 2660
3.92 = 3000
Again, these are very rough estimates. There is a formula to calculate the rpm but I don't know...
