As of the moment I don't have HV30 but I'm planning to buy one so I should.
The Final Output.
So I took it and slightly modified it to fit the HV30 concept.
Which is basically just a hotshoe mount.

Don't just do something - stand there!!! No, I have a Vixia HV30 now and paid around $700 for it.
Better in what regards? It always depends on the sauce .

Sorry, can't compare myself as I sold my HV30 and I never had the HV20.
In Europe...does this mean that the NTSC ones can? Yep, shown HV30's image totally sucks.

I've got a lightly used HV30 in perfect condition, with two of the largest Impact brand batteries, along with a single small battery. Anyone know what these are going for these days? Is $400 reasonable?

The HV30 is ideal with that purchase.
Used it less than 10 times for ceremony only.
With four GH1/GH2s, (and more recently the XA10) and I used the HV30 as a backup only and for capturing audio with my wireless unit.
