Power optymized plan. Win 7 pro x64 (prinstalled). Power adapter pluged in. 1. hit fn+f12 (hybernate) 2. close lid 3. go somwhere spend some time 4. come back. (sleep indicator turned on) oops 5. open lid. It wakes up!!!! ...and goes to hybernate 0_o

Hit Fn-f4 (to sleep) it makes my old HD's red light blinks and strange scrachy sounds .
Plug in old HD (from previous laptop) was pluged in trough USB (yellow one) .

Your card should be supported by nouveau driver ( http://nouveau.freedesktop.org/wiki/CodeNames#NV50 ) anyhow i wish suggest you to check on suspend/hibernate problem, maybe tha cause could not be nouveau (if needed to edit a bug report) .
