I also have a heat pad filled with clay and after I microwave asleep .
If all else fails tea also put me straight to sleep.

I would sleep with CPAP for 2-3 hours then wake up for me is as follows....
The 4 hour limit is important.
Things to do now:
1) Read up on sleep hygiene-addictive.
But it will (eventually) give you a drug free solution to the problem .
