From my understanding of the iTunes account policies this is not possible, as they do not support a iTunes account.

Thinking of setting up a US based itunes account to access US netflix on my iPad.
What other apps/services could I benefit from with a US account that are not available in the UK store? Any recommendations?

I put one e-mail address under.
Both copies were purchased/downloaded from my one itunes account.
