Looks like Wedge is really considering moving Ichiro out of the lead off spot.
I think Ichiro would probably do a lot better than last year and cannot envision Ichiro doing worse than that, even though if everyone on Seattle's line up did somewhat even...

People talk about Duskin Ackley being a better batter than Ichiro Suzuki and he's more worthy of number 3 hitter than Ichiro Suzuki.

No matter how much Ichiro skills may deteriorate over the next few years he's Seattle closer to japan.
