I used three cake boards the other day under a ten inch round and I noticed it wasn't as sturdy as the plywood squares I had been using .
When I do sheetcakes I use plywood.
I would still think it had too much play in the cake board .

Marshmallow Icing Ingredients ....

Beat in the milk, and continue mixing until light and fluffy .
