Ideal man.
Googling for "scrum ideal man hour" gives 6500 results while "scrum ideal man day ideal man hours is precise, it's probably not any more accurate than 0.5 ideal man days.
And under-deliver.

As my question implies, I seem to have a problem getting my hands dirty when learning new programming methods and technology. My problem lies in knowing there may be faster, more efficient, less tedious, and overall "better" ways of doing a certain task...

C++ has std::vector and Java has ArrayList, and many other languages have their own form of dynamically allocated array. When a dynamic array runs out of space, it gets reallocated into a larger area and the old values are copied into the new array. A...

In Scala, you can override loadFactor for the standard library hash tables with a function that looks.
There's no such thing as an "ideal growth factor." It's not just theoretically.

Get two per person if you can.
I think 24" monitors are more or less the standard these days.

Let's face it: writing proper, standards compliant HTML is quite difficult to do. Writing semantic HTML is even more so, but I don't think it's possible for a computer to figure that out.
So my question to you is what would the "ideal" feedback for a ...

I feel that while I love J2ME and Java it's hypocritical of them to have two APIs for Java. Java was designed with "One code, many platforms" in mind, and now it's more like "One API for every OS, and one API for everything smaller than a netbook." I ...
